All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of any delay due to high order volume, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be informed accordingly.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deliver orders across India through our trusted shipping and logistics partners.

The estimated delivery time is generally 4–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers at our discretion.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct PIN code and contact number.

KAARVA RUGS will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. FAILED DELIVERY

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the product.

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with relevant details and supporting images or videos, if required.

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our applicable return and refund policy.
